Fundraise
Participants can pay an entry fee or seek pledges to fundraiser for Kefa.

Your donations will create opportunities for our 800 at-risk youth in Rwanda to pursue their dreams, return to education, and reconcile with their families.
There are two ways to run a Jerry Can Challenge
1. Run A Full Workout
We can send you exercises that can be done with a jerry can and you can create a plan according to your training philosophy. Giving you a challenging, fun, and unique workout.

2. Do A Carry-a-thon
Carry the jerry cans as a group for laps around a track, across a gym, or anywhere else. Have people pledge for each lap you do. Great for schools.
How Do I Get The Cans?

Raleigh/Durham North Carolina
If you live within 2 hours of Raleigh or Durham we are able to send a representative with the jerry cans to help you run the workout and speak about the Kefa Project.
In The US
For other parts of the US, we will work with you on a case by case basis to work out logistics of allowing you to borrow jerry cans.
Use Your Own Cans/Equipment
Use your own water cans or if you would like, use equipment you already have in your gym to run a benefit challenge with movements that our athletes do in Rwanda.Join The Challenge
